Leptin reset OR Whole 30???
Grrr I'm sick of having to count calories and am wondering if one will assist the weight loss without having to be so regimented in calorie counting. I'm kind of wondering if my hormones are still off track a little bit???
I'm currently primal but am looking to get rid of cravings, have more energy, and be able to lose this weight without having to feel like everything I put into my mouth has to be put into a tracker.
Anyone have better success with one over the other???
Oh I have bad insulin resistance so losing weight is hard for me!!!!
