Anyway...he calls for a 24 hour fasting day on Weds. which would be dinner Tuesday to dinner Wednesday.

My question is this: I usually do an upper body lift on Weds. Do I still lift on Weds. or is that supposed to be a rest day? I know Elliot works his people out like 6 days a week so I'm presuming that he excersices through his fast. Does anybody know???
