    Intending to make a stirfry tonight with some mixed veggies and pork strips. Can anyone suggest some spices to add?

    Red curry paste, fresh ginger, garlic, coconut milk, a little broth. Holy tomatoes, it's good!

    You could take the Hawaiian route & go sweet & sour. Throw in some pineapples and red bell peppers and you're halfway there.

    I like to toss in a plum if I want a sweet stir-fry. This concludes my random contribution.

    For me,
    Garlic = Always
    Chili Flakes = Usually
    Ginger = Sometimes
    Onion Powder = Sometimes

    Everything else usually depends on the taste I'm going for and ingredients used. Maybe some cumin or tumeric?
