Same as eating them minus the fiber, and some of the nutrients leftover in the pulp.
Easier on the digestive system, as much of the work is already done.
I think it can be helpful to those with illnesses and compromised digestion, and many swear by juicing.
I personally don't juice, as I prefer to eat whole foods in their whole state, and prefer blended salads and stews to juicing if i wish to concentrate my veggies. if you have a blender, you might try that before you spring for an expensive juicer (the efficient one's are pretty pricey).
