the concept of avocado chocolate banana pudding has been around for a while. Unfortunately it tastes like avocado. Banana. Remotely chocolate.
At least when I've made it, it's funk.
This is amazing!

I've been making something like this for a while. It works totally fine for me. I can taste a bit of banana but zero avocado.
1 banana, 1 avocado, 3Tbsp good cacao, dash of cinnamon. Add some honey if I'm sharing it, but fine as is.
It's sound interesting, I had Banana, walnuts and cocao for dessert last night and it was lovely.

Seriously, give it a go. Mine tastes very chocolately and not avocadoy at all. Just jog around with the proportions. If you're at all concerned add more cocoa powder. You'll be fine.
It tasted strongly of banana to me. Not bad but more banana than I wanted in my chocolate. I think I will try less ripe, slightly green bananas next time.

I make chocolate-avocado-coconut mousse. No avocado taste at all. But I have always used ones barely ripe enough to eat, not the old, soft ones, which I find disgusting.
