I haven't posted in a while, but I promise you - the wait is worth it!

I love steak. In fact, I could eat it EVERY DAY. My body craves it, so I figure I may be somewhat iron deficient. I don't care; either way, I eat beef as often as possible as long as I don't get sick of it.

Bok choy is one of those vegetables that can be pretty boring. But not so when it meets the delicious and fatty BACON!!!!!
