30% of RMR as (slow) carbs, 1.5g protein per KG of bodyweight, a little fat with the veggies and you're set up for fat loss.
Spread it evenly throughout the day; preferably not more than 30g protein or 40g carbs in a sitting.

Macronutrients do not matter so much. People lose weight eating at all kinds of ratios. What's most important is that you get enough nutrients, which means eating whole foods prepared in the proper ways.

I think probably for fastest weight loss initially, it is hard to argue that very low carb is most successful. Meat, eggs, veggies, fats. Skip all fruit, nuts, starches.

This won't work for very long, unless you happen to be an individual that functions extremely well on very low carb, but it is an excellent, clean start into Primal eating. You can always easily add back fruits (especially berries and cherries) and starches (sweet potato, and many do regular potato or white rice as well) when you feel like it.

Work your way through Marks' Primal 101 -- which you can find on the menu just above under "About". Perhaps start on this page:

Based on what I ready I've come up with 100 grams of Fat, 80 or less grams of cars and 150 grams of protein. Does that sound about right?

for weight loss, it's all calories. macros are more an issue of health and satiety. many people find that going low carb makes them feel fuller, and they eat less. if that's the case for you, go low carb. many people find starches filling, and if that's the case for you, eat a bit higher carb.

the key to losing weight, though, is to be in an overall caloric deficit.
