i got up this morning at around 7...worked out around 1130...ate around 1pm and i am STILL uncomfortably full and i didn't even eat that much! what the heck?

i feel like i would expect to feel after eating one of the meals that chocotaco lists LOL

sweet potato (small to medium), eggs (2), ground turkey (4oz)...with sauteed shallots/mushrooms. (everything was cooked in butter)
