Here is what I ate today:
8:30 - 2 eggs
12:30 - turkey, piece of cheese, cucumber, carrot, snap peas, olive oil and balsamic
5:30 - hamburger without a bun, salad (unfortunately some sort of franken-dressing was already on the salad), apple
Yeah, my dinners are never very primal, but I cant fix that while I live at home with my parents. I am just trying to keep my dinner portions small and eat primal when I can. Only another month and I'll be cooking for myself again.
For supplements I had 2 fish oil pills. Spent some time outside in the sunshine to get some vitamin D. For exercise I went to spin class this morning, that probably is not the ideal exercise for primal, but I really really like spin class and I am not giving it up! I have way too much fun doing classes at the gym haha. While I was at the gym I weighed myself, 146. At least now I have a starting point.
Today I am in a good mood. I feel good about myself because I have been eating well and not binging! I want to keep this up.
