Hello, after a recent visit with a back pain to a neurologist I discovered that my back is not in the best condition at all. This is due to years of sitting in front of the computer, plus me being overweight and a bad posture.
So, I decided to tackle the sitting time first of all. I want
-to take frequent minibreaks
-to time my sitting at computer so as not to allow it to be more that 3 hours a day
Do you have any suggestions on some computer software that helps with these two things?
I'm also considering standing while at computer too.
I have not used a TVset for almost two years now and have been very proud of myself. But now I see that I just substituted it fully with sitting in front of my computer(
