    Grain-free pumpkin muffins

    In celebreation of me deciding not to worry so much about carbs, I made some of these

    muffins. O. M. G. I could have eaten all the batter right out of the bowl. Luckily I didn't, and managed to get a full batch - veeeeery tasty!!

    These will do as a replacement for the pumpkin scones I used to make for my husband, but haven't since going primal and avoiding flour!

    i personally dont do the psudo flours .. i dont like how quickly they break down and lose value, and im not about to make my own

    personally i just like to live processed food free as much as possible .. i know others will disagree

    They are really yummy.

    As for the fake-flour comment, it's not something I use every day. Generally I stick to vegetables and lean meat. But for a 'treat', which we all need sometimes, I think these are a good alternative. One thing I miss from CW diet is baking.
