Cooking on coals
First I started a fire using natural tinder and a spark from my ferro rod and knife. Got some good coals and began.
Took some aluminum foil and made pouches big enough to hold two pork loins (feeding 7 tonight), sprayed the inside of the pouches with pam and then added Worcestershire Sauce and pepper. For my Yam I rubbed it with Olive Oil and poked it with fork a few times. The three hobo packs were set around the fire for an hour. They could not have come out any more tender and juicy. The Yam just about exploded when I pushed down on it with a fork...perfect.
