Back on Track
So I went pretty strict primal (as strict as I could while deployed and eating at a chow hall) for about 3 months. I felt great, but didn't see the drop in body fat like I expected. I did this while following main site crossfit religiously as well. Overall I did feel great, and my fitness was definitely improving.
Anyways, I got moved to a much more remote location where the food completely sucks and I sort of fell off the wagon and have been eating junk for about a solid 3 weeks. I'm finally about to head out of here and can't wait to get back to some fresh, home cooked, primal foods.
Just felt the need to tell someone lol
