    Thanks for putting this out there. These types of documentaries always put a boost in my primal urges.

    If only I could get certain people to watch it GRRR They just refuse to watch any of my videos and then say they don't believe in any of it.. how could they believe if they won't learn about it??

    I'm 49 mins into it already, and have yet to see anything I didn't already know 10 years ago...

    Processed food, bad. Sugar bad. Yes, and?

    Does it get better towards the end?

    ahh yeah, I havent had a chance to watch the whole thing yet.

    I like'd it more to show..the average Joe. Why you say? Because I dont think they get it..just how bad are diet is... yes on the surface they know its not good, but they don't get how it is really affecting them.. and the reason why having problems is normal, is because of SAD..

    I don't know............ Kind of looks like 90s rehash- get a bunch of "experts" together who will bombard us with a mish mash of feel good drivel about "wellness".

    ahhh really? I didnt watch it all the way thru yet.. the beginning looked so promising! Certainly better production value then the primal film
