If that's the kind of cheat meal you want, go for it. If you see no detriments from an infrequent meal of pizza (acne, inflammation, colds, weight gain, digestive problems, etc.), then enjoy it once or twice a month AT MOST. No need to do it that often if you don't want to.
You have the right idea about going for a brisk walk afterwards. You might want to workout the next day and maybe even fast until dinner. De-glycyrrhizinated licorice extract, ginger tea, and kombucha tea are all good options after a cheat.
