I am down another 2 cm this week. It really makes my head spin. Ill add another photo to this in a couple of weeks.
Im now up to 12 cm lost in just over 4 weeks.

That is so nuts about weighing more! I have seen pictures (off of Sarah's site Everyday Paleo) of someone that weighed 150 when she began working out and dieting and lost A LOT of fat and weighed 150 AFTER her transformation. I see it, but the scale can still make me nuts even with all the proof.
Wow your progress is amazing. I have a crazy passion about my caffeine, kudos to you for having the strength to drop it and put a sledgehammer to your scale.

F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
