    i've been up since 0330 this morning, and i have no idea how i'm standing right meow. The plan for tonight is to chillax so i can do power cleans and conditioning in the morning.

    Morning Burpees

    30 Jul 2012 Monday

    I'm going to start doing burpees every morning. I'm going to start at 3x10 and work up until I can get 100 in under 5 minutes

    This morning I got 3x10

    PRESS 155# 5,5, 7
    SNATCH_HEAVY SINGLE 95, 115,125,130, 135 (FORM GOT SLOPPY HERE)
    4 PULL UP LADDERS OF UP TO 3 REPS

    WALKED 20 MINUTES AFTER WORK OUT

    S-1/4 c macadamias, seaweed snacks, ~20 M&M's
    L-Chili
    D-~6 meatballs, & veggie soup

    Stress+no sleep=eating garbage

    1 AUG 2012 WEDNESDAY
    So, I've been stressed the past few weeks. I put in a hardship notice at work and passed up a pretty big promotion to live with my fiance out west. I love her very much and have no regrets about getting married. Trust me, I'm the luckiest dude in the world having her. It's also tough and stressful to possibly move to a position with less potential for promotion and less pay. God's going to see me through this one. I need to be patient and get out of His way. Anyway, I've been drinking Monster's the past few days and ate a bunch of gluten filled gut bombs today. No bueno!

    5-aug-2012

    Soooooo, the past week has been rubbish. My workouts were pretty good, but diet, sleep, and recovery went to stink creek. I'm making some bone broth using Balanced Bites recipe (Easy Recipe: Mineral-Rich Bone Broth | Balanced Bites | Holistic & Paleo Nutrition Education) and some kitchen sink chicken soup today. Below are my workouts from the week. Don't ask me about food intake. Ask me, I dare you!

    Squat talk and beef broth

    I had an interesting conversation with my gym manager concerning my squats this evening which went as followed:
    GM: What's the plan if you can't lift that weight? Are you going to drop it?
    Me: Ma'am, I overhand grip the bar in case I have to dump the bar.
    GM: Well, I don't want the weight to fly off and hit another one of my clients.
    Me: Ma'am, there's over 300# on this bar. It's not flying anywhere but strait down. Plus, I'm in squat rack. The uprights catch the bar.

    The conversation pretty much ended after that, and I felt like a real meat head explaining this to someone. I tried really hard not to be a tool to her while she asked me that. Anyway, here's today's shenanigans.

    I can wash no dishes
