Prayer.
Hey everyone I need a little help! So I definitely put on a little winter hibernation weight that I want gone in about 16 days. I know it's a bit tight but I do want to tone up as much as I can before I go on a vacation! Anyone have any advice on what I should be doing to speed up the process?

Prayer.
You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!
I will say this in all seriousness: the more stress you put on your body to lose weight (ie. "speed up" the process), the quicker the pounds will come back on afterwards, and the more friends they'll bring along.
You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!
I'm not saying I want to be at my goal weight in 16 days, I'm saying I want to kick start losing the winter weight and be at the best possible form I can be in 16 days.
I am in good health. I run and am pretty active. I would just say I have a layer over my muscles that I want gone. I don't know my exact body fat, but I am in healthy range (around 23% or so) .

So in 16 days, you're basically looking to drop some body fat, rather than tone muscles...
Spend the next two weeks following primal foods and you might take a bit of fat off. Other than that, isn't this really about long term consistency with your diet and exercise?
