for fast food in Toronto, best bet I'd say Hero Burger, for a sit-down meal, earth Bloor West has some nice choices.

Could you make some suggestions from the menu. We are Calif. and you are Utah, would that make a difference?

IMO soy is kind of hard to get around these days unless you eat at home. We do cook most of the time. If I'm going out to eat, I'm more relaxed about it. I don't think any restaurant is perfect. Primal = meat, veggies, avoid grains. Try not to overcomplicate it.

when we go to applebees, I like to get shrimp and sub rice with veggies, or go for a grilled chicken salad or something.

Thanks, that makes it simple enough. I eat out very seldom too. I'll do my best and just enjoy!

I take advantage of this existing thread for my proposal.

Has anybody thought of listing the primal/paleo friendly restaurants, a kind of Michelin Guide, divided per countries and cities? And with stars and suggestions in the menu, too, maybe?
I know where to eat when in Geneva (and surroundings). The idea is to build a list that is as much comprehensive as possible so everybody can keep being primal... even during holidays, business trips, etc.

We are quite a lot here, and coming from different places, I think it can be done relatively quickly (and frequently updated, too, of course).

    Cheers,
    Alex
