Time to start counting calories? Maybe post a typical day's menu for checking by some of the more experienced members.

I was going to use the Primal Blueprint guidelines for weight loss. Determine calorie requirements for weight loss, then protein requirement based on approx 0.75gm of protein per pound of lean body weight, 50gms to 100gms carbs (for weight loss) with the remainder of calories to come from fat.
