    Pullup/Pushup reverse ladder with weighted pullups at the end.

    Other various exercises.


    Then 1.5 hours of Kali.

    overshoulder press 60 lbs for 56 seeconds

    low row hammer machine 230 lbs for 22 seconds

    leg press 610 lbs for 40 seconds.


    I missed last week.

    yesterday ended up being 2.63mi and then i just stopped because i was bored haha.


    tonight: 30 min shred level 1. i <3 lunges and push ups

    Weighted Lunges

    10x1 (15# each hand)

    8x1 (20#)

    6x1 (25#)

    4x1 (30#)
