So i know where not suposed to use honey, but if you live in an area where allergens are bad, would it be acceptable to use locally made honey (natural and as untouched as possible, of course) every once in a while to help yourself build an immunity to those allergens?

and it works great for allergen relief -- we used to tbsp per day which was recommended to us. it worked great. did it when we first moved to NZ and we haven't had any problems.![]()
