Has anyone tried this or any similar recipe? Sounds intriguing. http://www.lowcarbluxury.com/recipes/recipe-bread15.html

Maybe one could boil down coconut milk to make coconut cream and ditch the Splenda.

i've never tried anything like that but it sounds really interesting. no flour of any kind...wonder what the texture would be like.

Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.

i couldnt open the site, but this is the "bread" that i do sometimes-

melt 2 tbs butter in a small bowl in the microwave

add 2 tbs whey proteinpowder (unflavoured), a pinch of sodium bicarbonate, ground 10gr flaxseeds, 1 egg, some coconut cream.

mix it all and pop back in the microwave for 2 min. cut in half and enjoy.

It has to be eaten fresh out of oven or it will dry fast. but otherwise its really good.

and i dont use any salt or sweetener. the butter and coconutcream give all the needed taste

    challenge yourself
