i couldnt open the site, but this is the "bread" that i do sometimes-
melt 2 tbs butter in a small bowl in the microwave
add 2 tbs whey proteinpowder (unflavoured), a pinch of sodium bicarbonate, ground 10gr flaxseeds, 1 egg, some coconut cream.
mix it all and pop back in the microwave for 2 min. cut in half and enjoy.
It has to be eaten fresh out of oven or it will dry fast. but otherwise its really good.
and i dont use any salt or sweetener. the butter and coconutcream give all the needed taste
