    1 rasher bacon, 2 eggs, salad leaves, knob of butter on the yolks. Lunch will be optional.

    I had a bit of time this morning so had roasted sweet potato and cherry tomatoes, sauteed kale and garlic and two eggs fried in butter. Oh and a coffee with pouring cream. yum.

    3 rashers of bacon, 3 eggs, all fried in home-rendered grass-fed tallow, topped with grass-fed butter. Will probably keep me going until suppertime!

    2 rashers of dry-cured, thick cut, unsmoked back bacon with 2 97% pork, gluten-free sausages.

    Always keeps me going until well in the afternoon.

    english walnut + pistachio + cashew nutbar (with a little cacao powder, chia powder, molasses, almond butter and coconut oil mixed in)

    A shake of protein powder, blueberries, ice; coffee (the protein powder is doctors orders during the first phase of an elimination diet)-otherwise it would have been bacon and eggs!

    Glass of raw milk, 1 pound of Trader Joe's plain full-fat greek yogurt.
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
