4 eggs scrambled in butter, an apple, and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
I had a 4-Egg Omelet, with bell pepper and 1/2 an Avocado, cooked in Coconut Oil, topped with some zesty salsa.
Today I had "evil potatoes" in the form of hash browns, plus 2 fried eggs.
Normally, however, breakfast consists of eggs scrambled with bell pepper, onion, and mushroom. Sometimes served with a side of turkey sausage or turkey bacon. Sometimes a "taco scramble" with seasoned ground beef, eggs, cheese, avocado, salsa, and sour cream.
When not in an egg mood I go for a burger patty topped with mushroom and/or onion and cheddar cheese, or a "western bacon burger" which is topped with BBQ sauce, sauteed onions, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
I often add berries or cantaloupe.
I had a 3 egg omelet filled with sautéed broccoli, onion, and garlic. Oh and little raw cheddar cheese in there too.
