2 egg omelette with some extra egg whites (ok, ok... only because I have some leftover in the fridge), folded over red capsicum, mushroom and diced ham fried in olive oil. Served with a pile of baby rocket.

I was reading another post last night about eating a ton of eggs at one sitting so this morning I decided to crack 8 eggs and scramble them in some Kerry Gold Herb Butter- well it turned into a dozen eggs and they were awesome. 12 eggs scrambled is really not that much food to scarf down!

I think I need my bacon with the extra fat, becuase I was actually hungry at about 12:30 and I usually eat at about 6:30 or 7:00am and then at 4 or 5 for Dinner- usually fast the rest of the time- been working great- down 63 pounds as of this AM!

I had a 2-egg omelet made with whipping cream and some Mexican blend cheese. SO good, my favorite breakfast ever.
