Thee egg omelette with spinach and Swiss cheese (finlandia brand, imported from grass-fed cows), two small chicken breasts pan seared in olive oil, and a whole Asian pear.
Of course, that was at 1pm after getting back from an hour and a half of power lifting at the gym on an empty stomach.

IF. But my first meal of the day was 2 eggs with a LOT of cheese and onion, a lot of greek yogurt with berries and honey and a banana with 2 scoops of peanut butter.

this is my go to breakfast when I don't feel like eggs. In a bowl put: 1/2 or whole chopped avocado. Mix of chopped nuts (today cashews, macadamia's, walnuts). 1 stick sliced celery, 1 small cucumber sliced, sometimes but not today one chopped boiled egg. Fresh herbs finely chopped (today chives, mint, dill) a couple of tablespoons of full fat plain organic yoghurt. Mix a bit and eat with spoon....yum!
This is the brekkie I created to wean my husband off his massive bowl of oats,milk and tinned fruit when I went primal (and by default he did too as I do the cooking shopping ) He didn't believe this would fill him up, but much to his surprise it keeps him full until lunchtime (which the oats never did)

Nothing today and probably not tomorrow either. I just haven't been feeling like eating much at all. I'm still fairly new to primal, so it's still somewhat "unreal" for me to not feel hungry like I used to.

I make an egg casserole in a huge baking dish and re-heat in the mornings. I start with a dozen eggs and about 1/2 cup almond milk as I am doing no dairy. I add in bacon, sausage, onion, raw spinach, broccoli, and red peppers and back for 35 minutes at 350 degrees and just nuke in the morning. So easy as I am in a rush most mornings and don't feel like cooking.
