    I have BP coffee almost every morning but occassionally i will eat. Last time i did a few days ago it was half a pound of grass fed burgers cooked in bacon fat, 2 pieces bacon (good stuff), 2 eggs, and roasted veggies. YEAH!

    Steak and Eggs SW (5/11/13): 198 lbs.

    Today, nothing (middle of my bi-weekly 3-day fast) but on Sunday, the last time I ate breakfast (well, lunch), it was royal:

    3 egg omelette with onion & raw milk cheese, fresh pork side (in himalayan salt) and a pile of potato cubes deep fried in coconut oil. Usually it'd be veggies, but potato was a treat.

    Gosh after weeks of BP coffee, I was hungry for real food this morning. Been putting it off since about 3am though. I was very physical working outside for about 4 hours yesterday, and about an hour so far this morning, and just had to come in and fix a pork chop and 2 eggs. It was still about 16 hours since supper.

    Nothing -- having colonoscopy tomorrow -- 41 hr fast!
    First time fasting on Primal -- curious as to how it will go.
    Much better than if I were eating SAD, I'll bet.

    5 Strips of bacon sauteed with brussel sprouts and cauliflower. Once it was cooked I added three eggs and scrambled. Put it on a plate and topped with salsa (non sugar and organic) then added a side of avocado.
