    I have half an avocardo mashed with a banana and a boiled egg, I used to have a bowl of porridge with banana and honey for breakfast would that be a bad breakfast for primal eating?! And what does IF mean?

    garlic prawns (shrimp) and vegeatables, I was going to make it for dinner last night but was not hungry, so it made a great breakfast.

    Not as hard as I thought, sometimes I am just not hungry and skip a meal or two.

    I have been IFing for the past few weeks, but today ended up having my lunch (that I prepared last night) a bit earlier than usual. I had green deviled eggs with avocado instead of mayo -- they came out really good!

    Everything in moderation, including moderation.

    2 eggs fried in butter, 4 bacon slices, 1oz cheese, a little salsa and coffee with cream, cinnamon and a TBL of coconut oil.
