    bacon, poached eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms with tea. It was from a cafe and I also bought a gluten free almond flour cookie which would have been good if it was not loaded with castor sugar.

    I needed a break from eggs, so I made:
    stewed apples in ginger and nutmeg, a little salt, butter, heavy cream and a drizzle of maple syrup. So amazingly good. Would be great for dessert as well, just stew without the heavy cream and instead whip it on top!
