Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.
My cat stole the 4 eggs I put out to poach for us (oldest daughter and I) so I was left with one lone egg. Had a poached egg, green juice and some coconut (fresh).
Three o3eggs, two grass fed beef hot dogs, three cashews, coffee with cream (2:30pm after 70 minute hill walk)
2 Omega 3 eggs
100% grass fed beef liver.
Raw spinach.
Brazil nuts
Black tea with lemon.
- 1 Cup organic whole milk yogurt
- 3 slices bacon (pan fried)
- 3 scrambled eggs (w/ 1-2 tbsp heavy cream whipped in)
Eggs topped with:
- Sautéed mushrooms and onions (I use the bacon fat left in the pan to sautée them).
- 1-2 Tbsp whole organic sour cream
- 1-2 Tbsp guacamole
Grass fed Lamb's liver
1 egg
Sauteed spinach
Fried plantain
1 carrot
Raw grass fed butter
1 apple
