Had to come in to work at 6:30 after a 12 hour fast for a heath insurance related screening. Went for a bacon, onion, and potato omelet as soon as the resturant across the street opened at 8:00. Potatos were white instead of my usual sweet potatos, but at least they still had the skins.

I been having 6 egg omelets made with peeled prawns (shrimps), sliced tomatoes and fresh picked chopped spinach and parsley and plenty of ground black pepper. 1/3rd to 1/2 the omelet goes with me for lunch along with a loose leaf salad and left over meat/chicken from the night before...

Fresh ground black coffee at work to start the day... mmmh the smell of coffee

3 egg + 1/8 cup egg white omelet with nitrate free bacon (4 slices), green beans, and grape tomatos cooked in ~tbsp butter, topped with a little salsa/e.v.o.o. and some water. Had some coffee later, black.

Two fried eggs and decaf coffee (I've decided to go for a month w/o caffeine and see if I notice any difference in how I feel)
