I've actually taken to not eating breakfast. Just don't get truly hungry until lunch. Lunch was tortilla soup without the tortilla strips at a little hole in the wall Mexican food restaurant.
Big bowl of home made granola (nuts & seeds with egg white, coconut flakes, cinnamon & a tiny bit of maple syrup) with berries & cream. 2 small egg scrambler wraps, glass of water & Vit D x 10,000iu
Protein shake at 4:30 am on my way to the surf (fishing), larabar at around 8am, 2 scrambled eggs & sausage patties from whataburger on my way home at 10am. Yeah, I know the eggs & sausage from whataburger aren't "organic" or all natural, but I was hungry, I didn't want to eat 2 larabars in 1 day & it was the best I could come up with on the road!

Broke my fast at 1pm with a 3 egg omelet with a little (pastured) smoked ham and sharp cheddar and onion. and tabasco. mmm. My three year old ds wouldn't let me finish all of it.
I love how YUM food tastes after a little fast.

1 1/2 pound of Lean Gourmet Beef Pattie (pan fried in 1 TBSP of Coconut Oil, took about 20 minutes to cook medium rare because it was very thick, lol!)
