Two 100% meat sausages, scrambled organic eggs, two small avocados, all covered in delicious grass fed butter. FTW!

Pizza omlette (I was craving pizza and this is way better than actual pizza!)
Egg whites cooked in tallow, pepperoni, onion, pepper, cheese, oregano, pizza sauce. Build in layers and cover with lid to cook.
Life on Earth may be punishing, but it includes an annual free trip around the sun!

Awesome. I started adding pepperoni to eggs and love it! Mine is usually eggs (with yolks, shame on you Tara), banana peppers, pepperoni, sour cream, and salsa. I'm going to have to try adding pizza sauce one of these days.

Today was simple and smallish. 5 strips of bacon, cooked in my famous slow-as-hell, cooked-to-perfection frying method, and 2 eggs fried in a wee bit o' coconut oil.

Coffee, a dab of coconut oil, and statistics. In other words: IF.
Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

    Bane,
It's da bomb!!! At least for me, it gives me all the benefits of IF-ing breakfast, without the annoying, and sometimes audible, tummy rumble.
I never would have thought of trying it, were it not for the lovely and talented hannahc <3
