This morning I had a slice of crustless quiche (eggs, spinach, onions and bacon), a protein smoothy w/ frozen blueberries, and a small handful of walnuts.
Tasty tasty...had 1 full head of broccoli chopped up and cooked in a big scoop of coconut oil, a 'breakfast steak' (probably 4oz of organic beef), and 2 eggs, scrambled. Each cooked in whatever was left in the pan from cooking the last thing - same order as listed. Made the eggs very tasty cooking in the steak leavings![]()

Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

2 tbsp of cream in a cup of coffee. Same for lunch, sans cream. Yay IF.![]()
