4 bacon, 2 eggs with mushrooms

3 eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese. A couple spoonfuls of Greek Yogurt and a handful of Macadamia nuts. Yum!
2 slices of asparagus, mushroom, blue cheese frittata.
Smoothie (True Whey protein, organic frozen strawberries, flax seed, 1 cup Kefir)
(I thought about bacon, but after 8 slices for dinner last night, I was concerned that might be too much sodium)
3 eggs with 4yr. old cheddar, 3oz. bison and spinach, tomato omelet (cooked in a cast iron with butter), I spiced with fresh rosemary and thyme, S&P, sencha green tea
At 10am this morning so that will tide me over a bit. I'm used to big meals so I'm trying to just focus on VLC. But most importantly. . .it was delicious!
Btw, when I make my ground bison burgers I grate a bit of carrot and chopped onion into the mix with rosemary and thyme. They rock. good as is or with cheese or crumble up in your eggs. I also throw them on my salads with olive oil.
Broccoli, blueberries, mandarin orange, brown rice protein (yeah, I know), heated up sliced ham, berry green greens supplement (1tbsp).
Another milk, banana, almond butter, and protein powder shake. Loaded with carbs, but the "good" kind (sans the milk), and very tasty. What remains to be seen is if the slightly larger portion holds me over until noon.
Needed something quick and easy: Scrambled eggs with butter, cheese and sour cream....dash of hot sauce.
