Okay so I officially ate brekkie... at 2pm. LOL.
Sauteed: onion, artichoke hearts, grilled asparagus (leftover) in bacon fat.
Added 4 egg whites and a sprinkle of cheese.
Served w/ 1/2 avocado and sour cream w/ homemade roasted tomatoes from last summer.
Ate w/ a almond-coconut flour scone w/ kerrygold butter and fruit jam (no sugar).
Tea and cream w/ 1/2 pkt stevia.
Wow that was good. Im full.
