Three strips of bacon, two eggs easy over. Some sweet peppers, cucumber and a large cup of chocolate made from cream, butter and 100% cacao. I think I dropped about 50 grams of butter into the cup. My SO just gaped at me, but as she said: Whatever tickles your fancy.

It's strange as I've ventured farther and farther into Primal and VLC I get this fat hunger, and for the first time I understand the old sayings that exists in the Norwegian language such as "smack in the middle of the butter eye" - referring to the butter used in rice porridge around christmas, "having it as nice as the yolk in the egg" and "fat hunger". I am sure there are others, but all refers to the good stuff.

Black coffee. Yuck! I've never had it black. I'm going for a 15-hour IF today, although if my husband and daughter decide to make bacon I don't think I could hold out.

Coffee with cream, a pepperette and a dollop of coconut oil ... just because it was sitting there and seemed like a good idea.
