Most excellent. Was a late brunch at 1130, held me until dinner at 7.
2 eggs w/ fresh herbs (purple basil & dill) w/ a little feta cooked in coconut oil & butter, 1/2 an avocado w/ a sqeeze of lemon juice & left over garlic & kale from last nights dinner...Mmmm!
2 forkfuls of almond butter.
I had four eggs drained in butter with a sprinkle of salt and some cucumber on the side.
Btw - is there a limit to how many eggs one can have in one day?

A smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, spinach, and flax seed meal.
Today I had half a cup of blueberries with a third of a cup of coconut milk on top. Tasted great, but was not nearly enough food for a workday. I don't like to eat so early in the morning, but I have to leave the house at 6:20 to start work at 7:00. I usually (but not always) get a morning break around 9:00 to have a snack. No break today, and by 11:00 I was weak, dizzy, and headachey. I'm usually pretty hungry by 10:00 after my usual breakfast of two fried eggs. Tomorrow I'm going to experiment with a bigger breakfast and see if that gets me further.
