* Pecan nuts
* Hazel nuts
* Pumpkin seeds
* 3-6 dates
* 2-4 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
To taste:
* Unsweetened cocoa powder
* Freshly ground coffee

A piece of frittata that I made last night:
- 12 eggs
- 4 cups of steamed broccoli (or any other vegetable)
- 1 cup of chopped ham (or any other leftover meat)
- 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese (e.g.)
- salt & pepper
- 3 cups of whole milk
Mix everything together in a bowl and pour into a greased pie or casserole baking dish. Bake in 375 F for 45 mins.
Makes 8-12 individual servings. Super yummy! :-P

Way too much breakfast:
2 breakfast sausages from the local butcher's
Sauteed swiss chard and onions
An orange in coconut cream (canned, unsweetened) and some toasted pecans.
And lots of coffee.
I think either the sausage and greens or the orange and coconut would have done it. Fitday tells me I ate like 700 calories! Still, the last couple of days I had a hard time getting meals in, so I was really hungry.
