    I had a little almond butter for desert. Then for breakfast I had a chicken breast with Swiss cheese. Iím stuffed.

    I had beef stew in the crockpot for breakfast. It's stew meat, celery, carrots, onions, spices and butter cooked overnight and ready to eat in the morning. Sometimes I chop up some bacon and throw it in, but not this time.

    Fresh celery juice (it was the best way to get through all of it before it went bad!), a roasted duck leg, and a small pat of coconut oil.

    I had an energy ball on the way out the door this morning... those are so good..

    I made mine with just cocoa powder, shredded coconut, almond flour, coffee, and coconut oil... so good and it lasted me a while, I was really surprised.. I thought i'd be starving to death by the time I got to work, but no... and I have a 50 minute commute! An hour after being at work I made a protein drink with whey, unsweetened coconut milk, 1 tbs almond butter and some cocoa powder.

    4 fried eggs over 2 cups of steamed broccoli .. sounded and still does sound strange, but it was actually surprisingly tasty.
