substitions
Hi all, I have two books for gluten free baking but the recipes use grapeseed oil and agava. I want to use coconut products or honey Can anyone help me with the conversion? TIA...kathy

Olive oil or butter would be the substitue, correct?
Honey and agave you'd substitute equal amounts. They're both very sweet.

Just melt coconut oil and use the same amount as the recipe says.
