Easy Pulled BBQ Pork page

I was missing eating at the BBQ restaurants where you get the big shredded BBQ sandwich and fries. Created this. Was a hit. Moist and smoky. Will repeat. Here's the recipe

Do you just toss the pork roast in the crock pot by itself with nothing else?

I put it in the crock with about a cup of water to keep it teñder. Broth would also work well
