I think haricots are green beans, which are fine. They are actually included in at least one of the recipes in "The Primal Blueprint Cookbook". They are legumes, which are typically avoided, but they are more pod than seed.
Virgin red palm oil is excellent. It has many health benefits.
Don't worry too much about finding foods on any list here. Just stick with whole, unprocessed, fresh foods and avoid too much sugar and processed industrial seed oils.
