I think what you are looking for is a coconut custard, try searching for it that way, and you will likely find a recipe that works for you. Something like this:

Or you could go with a coconut crust- like so (I'd cut the sugar or substitute) Sweet Twist of Blogging: Coconut Chocolate Pie

thanks .. and no, no coconut flour .. i dont do any forms of fake flour etc especially with how fast it begins to deteriorate ..

ill have to figure out the best substitute for that sugar .. maybe raw honey.. wouldnt need as much of that i wouldnt think

OMG you guys, I just made the chocolate coconut pie! it was so easy, and SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!! The only thing was, I didn't put any sugar in the crust. Next time I will try adding a little honey to the crust. But its really good even without the sugar! You'll think you died and went to heaven
