I can give up grains and pasta, I have been dieting for 2 days now and already lost 5 pounds. Water weight I am sure. I even made mac and cheese for the kids and didn't touch it. For me that is a huge accomplishment. Any way how bad will it affect my success if I still have dairy. Maybe an occasional glass of milk and small amounts of cheese. I can not cut out cheese altogether.
What beans or peas are eatable? I'm getting conflicting sources.
