    Judg, I have not tried that yet. Hmmm. I like the coconut sugar though. I only make a little bit of it at a time. It's pretty good stuff and I like the fact that it only takes me like a few minutes to make it for a snack later on in the day.

    I actually haven't found the coconut sugar yet. I use maple syrup, honey, or apple butter when I don't mind getting the sugar hit, or when stevia just won't do. (Stevia in espresso just doesn't work, if you ask me.)

    Mmm... maple syrup is weapon of choice for me if I need to sweeten something. So good!

    Ecks, I LOVE maple syrup! It's kind of pricey here, but I do buy it when I can. It's mostly for Gabi's gluten free pancakes.

    B: 2 1/2 pcs bacon (gave half to Roxy), 2 eggs with approx 2tbsp sour cream. 1 probiotic, 1 thyroid, 1 multi, 2 flaxseed, drank water
    S: 1 oz macadamia nuts, 2 bars 85% Lindt
    L: Salad with homemade dressing, leftover "spaghetti" meat sauce (it's completely primal, not wheat or grains)
    S: Pork rinds and more sour cream (The Nancy's sour cream with those is epically delicious), some batter from making carrot cake style cheesecake and some gluten free windmill cookie pieces (tasted them to make sure they'd go for the crust)
    D: Didn't happen, was too full from taste testing stuff for the cheesecake. Just as well since I had crossfit that night.
    Exercise: Crossfit "Eva" PHEW, she kicked my butt! Arms are still somewhat sore today. 10 min trainer abs. 12 min walk with dog in the morning.

    9/11/12
    B: 4 slices bacon, 2 eggs cooked with 2 tbsps of sour cream. 1 prbtc, 1 thyrd, 1 multi, 2 flxsd. Oh, 2 bites of cheesecake to make sure it came out right. Yes, it did.
    S: 2 sqrs 85% Lindt, 1 oz macadamia nuts
    L: Salad and dressing. 1 leftover primal chicken piccata
    S: Rest of pork rinds & sour cream. Some scraps for dinner. I wasn't really hungry because of the late snack
    Exercise: 10 min trainer Cardio, 2 min walk with dog. I had some gum that day too.

    I'll post yesterday's stuff on my next break.

    L: Leftover Apple Shallot Pork Chop and leftover steamed yellow squash w/butter.
    S: 1 oz tamari spiced pumpkin seeds.
    D: Corned beef (used a primal recipe that I found online), 2 small cheesecake slices that add up to one regular one, 5 or 6 sausage date bacon wraps.
    Exercise: 5 mins of the 10 min trainer abs. 12 min dog walk.
    Had about 5 zinc lozenges cause allergies have been killing me the past few days. Thank goodness for rain today!

    Was the two bars of Lindt a couple of days back a mistake? You meant two squares, right?

    Veggies, my dear girl, veggies. The base of the primal food pyramid. Eat more veggies! It looks like you're only getting in about two helpings a day, unless you're eating humongous helpings, but in that case it's the variety that's lacking.

    Okay, I'll stop being annoying for a while. But that's why we list our foods (which I should perhaps start doing again) right, to be accountable?

    S: Pumpkin bread slice (completely not gluten free), 6 sqaures of XOXO 70% dark chocolate, 2 oz pecans
    L: Corned beef leftovers with homemade evoo mayonnaise
    S: 5 little cheddar squares. Roasted sliced almonds with butter and curry powder.
    D: Pan cooked salmon (seasoned with salt, pepper, dill, and dried garlic). Used half lime juice, evoo may, and relish. Steamed zucchini
    Drinks: Water
    Exercise: 10 min Trainer Total Body

    B: 5 pcs bacon and sauteed sliced red & green bell peppers, and onions. 4 sqaures Black and Green Maya Gold. 1 prbtc, 1 thyroid, 2 flxsd, 1 multi.
    S: Black & Green Maya Gold, pecan pieces
    L: Salad w/ham, h.b. eggs, & chicken. Last of Maya Gold
    D: Went to a new Italian joint. Small piece of Italian bread to try out evoo dip. Prosciutto, their homemade mozzerella cheese, some grapes, some lettuce. Few bites of polenta. Macadamia nut/coconut milk (most likely sweetened) crusted Mahi Mahi. Asparagus. Some more cheese from Gabi's pizza and some chicken. Peach dessert that had mascarpone cheese on top and sweetened with honey with walnut pieces.
    Drinks: Water

    9/15/12
    B: 3 pcs bacon, sauteed sliced leeks, red onions, mushrooms, green & red b.p's. 2 eggs mixed with some sour cream. 1 thyroid, 1 prbtc, 2flxsd, 1 multi.
    Tailgate party food before the Texas Tech game:
    Fajita meat and veggies, sausage, sweet chex mix stuff (huge regret, stomach hated that), smoked goat (freaking awesomeness), some appetizer stuff on skewers with meats and cheeses. 1 beer
    Football game food: 1 sheridan custard mocha almond.
    Drinks: the beer and one pumpkin spice frappe.
    Exercise: Walking to the game once we parked.

    B: 4 pcs bacon, sauteed r.ed o.nions, g.reen b.ell p.eppers, and mushrooms. 2 egg sour cream omellet. 1 prbtc, 1 thyroid, 2 flxsd, 1 multi. Yerba matte peach tea
    L: 1 1/2 burger, avacodo slices, 2 pcs bacon, cheddar slice, tomato slices, lettuce, steamed broccoli and about 15 fries from Gabi's plate.
    S: Talamook cheddar square
    D: Mom's cooking! Pork butt roast, smashed taters, and green beans. Two homemade pickles. Some of mom's homemade ice creamish thing.
    Workout: 10 min trainer Cardio

    9/17/12
    B: 3 pcs bacon. Sauteed yellow squash, leeks, mushrooms, g.b.p.'s. 3 egg sour cream omellet. 1 prbtc, 1 thyroid, 2 aller response, 1 multi, 2 flxsd.
    S: 1 oz macadamia nuts
    L: Leftover pot roast, green beans, smashed taters, salad and dressing
    S/D pickin's: Dried unsweetened cherries, sund dried tomatoes, some pork loin. Made the coconut fudge thing, but I used a little maple syrup this time since we had some in the house. Used cashews and almonds.
    Workout: 10 min trainer, 5 mins worth of abs. Crossfit: 2x4, 2x3, 2x2, 2x1 quick press. 5 rounds of 10 cleans and 10 pullups. Used 35 lbs on barbell and bands to assist with pullups. Did three more cleans afterwards. Walked Roxy for about 1/2 mile on incline decline
