I did. I keep forgetting to update. So, I'm still trying the leptin reset deal. I goofed up a bit this morning because I thought I had more time before my Crossfit on ramp class. Breakfast still tasted pretty awesome
I think maybe I should keep a paper journal so I can keep track on here. The not snacking thing has been doing me some good at work. I can skip my first break if need be, but I usually read or do crosswords.
The Crossfit On Ramp classes have been fun so far! This morning was my last one. When I got there, some of the coaches, male ones, were shirtless and doing some of their own workout before the gym was opened for regular classes. Yep, found my motivation! Jeeze, the muscles on these guys! However, that was 50% of my motivation. The other 50% was seeing one of my female coaches hanging in there with the guys. Now that is just plain old kick ass!
I'm singing the National Anthem at the local roller derby game tonight! It's time for me to get dinner started
