Well, the past few days have been a stress party at work, but we have this weekend off. I didn't feel like too much typing on the net so that's why I haven't been on here as much. I did finally get around to getting the oil change done in my truck. Mental note to self, need to get new bolt for oil pan and remember new trick learned for getting an over tightened oil filter off. As someone who works on helicopters for a living, I'm a bit ticked that the bolt on my oil pain appeared to be slightly rounded from the last person who changed my oil. I wouldn't leave that on one of my birds, it shouldn't be left on my truck that way. Thankfully my downstairs neighbor has a friend who's a mechanic and showed me a new trick for the oil filter itself. There's no need to gorilla tighten a filter or forget to put lube on the edge. Oh well, I'm doing this work from now on, I know it'll get done now.

So, I'm going to try to remember what I ate from two days ago. I don't write this stuff down so I can write it on here later. I just go with it.

    Thurs
B: 6 pcs bacon and some italian sausage
S: 1 small avocado, some cashews
L: Leftover chicken, broccoli, and sauce for the chicken. Salad and homemade dressing
S: Hmm, not sure exactly what I had. Maybe pork rinds
D: Pork tenderloin in a tart dried cherry sauce with some zucchini
    Drinks: Water
    Exercise
    Walk with about 7 sprints
PEM: Push ups Squats Plank Calf Raises Pull ups Chin Ups
    25 50 1:32 30 2 3
    25 50 1:21 30 1 2

    Fri:
    B: 6 pcs bacon
S: Mix of chopped walnuts and pecans, then some pistachios. Somewhere in between breakfast and snack, I ate a whole Lindt 85% bar
L: Barely touched it. I wanted to throw up for some reason, but couldn't. I had some ham steak from a salad I bought, but I couldn't eat anymore of that. I finished off the pistachios
D: I woudn't really call it dinner. I was still a bit off. So, I had some potato wedges and they seemed to help. Along with whatever homemade chips Famous Dave's makes. Probably not the best option considering what oil they cook those in, but it calmed my tummy down.
Drinks: Water and unsweetened iced tea.
Exercise: Walking the dog in the evening. I didn't take her out in the morning because I was tired and slept in!

Yesterday, I didn't feel like doing much, so I didn't. I just wasn't up for being to serious, but the oil did get changed!

    Yesterday
Well, I'm going to try to remember, again, what I had. I'll just list what comes to mind instead of the meal times I ate them at. 1 Coconut Secret Bar, 2 dates, Fajita burgers and salad, coconut water, some cashews, and water

    Today
4 pcs bacon, 1 pc of ghiradelli dark chocolate, abc burger (avocado, bacon, and cheese burger) with a dinner salad, some smoked gouda cheese, fried pork rinds, Beef Moussaka (eatingwell recipe), and mom's bavarian cream with cherries and blueberries. Oh, I had another coconut secret bar today. Might have gone a little overboard with the sugar, but I did take Roxy for a walk. Challenge tonight with her! It's hard to train her when she's getting sidetracked by Gabi, who was hyper from dessert. Little stinker.

I did work out this morning, but only one set. I'll post more tomorrow.
