Bacon weave, bake for 10 mins or so, top with pizza toppings, bake 10 mins. It's the right thing to do:P Sooo delicious! You can also slice and fold the weave and make "Bacon tortillas". Essentially just wrap all of your fave taco stuff into bacon.
Oh today, I knew that pizza was going to be a bad idea. I do give props to 575 Pizzeria for trying with the gluten free option, but it needs to be available in all sizes. I'd like to say that I was on the low end of carbs today and can completely justify my pizza, but I can't. It's not right and I know it. It's still bread, which is wheat. It's something I haven't had in a while.
I did get some sprints in this morning! Woo woo! I'm off the 10 minute trainer for the rest of the week to sort of get me back on track when I do start again.
Today
B: 3 slices bacon, 2 fried eggs
S: 2 oz liverwurst, 1 small avocado, about 5 macadamia nuts
L: Mom's pulled pork! Salad and homemade dressing
S: (I kind of went nuts here, which means I ate too little at lunch) Probably about 10 Brazil nuts, some pimento cheese dip, 2 tortilla chips, some sour cream, and some mascarpone cheese.
D: 5 slices thin crust MoMo pizza from 575 Pizzeria (Chicken, Eggplant, Kalamata Olives, cheese, and Pine Nuts) I ate some of Gabi's pepperoni's cause they use the good stuff.
Drinks: Water
Exercise: 6 75 yard dashes. 1 round of PEM: 25 push ups, 75 squats, .75 of a pull up, 2 chin ups, and 1:33 on the plank time
Okay, I'm seeing another trend here that I need to fix. Tortillas bad, hmmmk? The bread thing won't be happening again. I've pretty much resolved I don't like it that much. It really does lack flavor. I think I ate it because it had the toppings that I wanted.

Yes, I have wanted to try that bacon weave idea out. Somehow, I don't think the pizzeria is going to honor that request though. I might just scrape the toppings off of my pizza next time and eat it that way. Actually, there probably won't be a next time. I'll just get a salad. It's the better option.
So, going to have to figure out what workout I want to do this morning.

Bacon weaves are the bomb! I do a mini one, with 3 slices cut in half, just the right size to nestle a fried egg on top of. Hmm, haven't done that in a while. Maybe that should be breakfast tomorrow.
Bacon weaves! What next? Sounds even messier than ordinary pizza.
Don't worry, Alessandra. We always get to start over. I take it the wheat didn't make you feel sick.

It didn't do as much damage as it could have. It just reminded me of why I didn't like bread as a kid.

Looooooooooong day today. Tonight, a little bit, too. It was only long because I didn't have as much to do, but I still managed to get in over 9K steps in today.
Today
B: 4 pcs bacon, 2 fried eggs
S: 1 oz macadamia nuts, kerry gold butter, avocado
L: Some more of mom's leftover pulled pork with capers added. Salad and homemade sauce
S: Some brazil nuts, the last of the pimento cheese dip (I need to make this on my own), about 2 tbsp's of sour cream and mascarpone cheese, 2 slices liverwurst
D: Scallop piccata that came out the right way this time! Steamed broccoli and a few slices of a small watermelon
Drinks: Water
Exercise
Okay, I did two sets of each of these at a distance of about 50 yards between cones
Lunges (total 40)
Bunny Hops (ADD kicked in, lost count)
Grok crawl
One legged jumps
Grapevine
At the end of the lunges on both ends, did 10 push ups
Went swimming at the pool, but since we have kids all over the place, I didn't lap like I could at a pool set up for that. I did manage to go swim from one end to the other several times. This time though, I stopped at each and and rested. So, total time for that was probably about 20-25 minutes. The weather was perfect for this today! Came home, checked some stuff on the net. Then I went to the pool, came home and cooked, went to the pool again!
Oh yeah, I did just now have some fried pork skins..... I'm kind of hungry.

Twas a tad bit windy, but that didn't slow me down! Burgers, squash, and some watermelon. It made the day pretty awesome at the end.
I did maybe go a little crazy with some cashews when I got home today. Oh yeah, I had a few bites of some Chunky Monkey. Uhm, reminded that it's extremely sweet! Not doing that again.
